Happy New Year to all our readers! It is finally 2018, the year of the royal wedding! As the new year starts here at Forever&Always we thought we would take a look back at the highlights of 2017.
Here's our list of the best celebrity weddings from the past year:
1. Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian.
The tennis champion and internet entrepreneur tied the knot on Thursday, November 16. She wore a stunning Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen ballgown style dress.
2. Idina Menzel and Aaron Lohr.
Idina, singer and wicked actress, married actor and singer Aaron Lohr in September. She wore a beautiful bardot style lacey gown with Jimmy choo shoes!
3. Jessica Chastain and Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo.
Zero dark thirty actress married her long term boyfriend back in June. She wore a strapless dress with a long train to her A-lister wedding.
4. Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel.
Being a supermodel we didn't expect anything less of Miranda Kerr as she shared the jaw dropping pictures of her in her custom Dior haute couture dress as she became wife to Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel back in May.
5. Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli.
March 25 this year was a big day for all Orange is the New Black fans as star Samira Wiley married series writer Lauren Morelli. Wiley wore a stunning two piece off the shoulder ball gown while Morelli mixed things up with her lacey high-neck jumpsuit with long train.
6. Domino Kirke and Penn Badgley.
Pop/rock singer married THE gossip girl early in 2017 not once but twice! For the first wedding Kirke wore a stylish lacey gown (pictured above) and for the second wedding she wore a vintage style taupe lace dress.
7. Pippa Middleton and James Matthews.
We really have left the best till last. Who could forget that 2017 was the year that Pippa Middleton married former racing driver James Matthews. We have had complete body envy of Pippa since 'those' photos were released of her at her sisters royal wedding in 2011 and as she became a bride herself she did not let us down. She showed off her perfect figure in a seamless Giles Deacon gown with a keyhole back.
